To reserve a puppy, simply fill out our reservation form. On the form, you can choose a phone call or a video call. Once we receive your application, we’ll confirm by email or text and set up that call. That time is for you to meet the puppy, get to know us a bit, ask any questions, and understand the next steps. After that, we’ll guide you through securing your reservation and setting up a pickup or delivery date and time.

If you’re not in Florida, no worries at all. I personally deliver puppies to your nearest airport. There is an additional fee for that, or you’re welcome to fly into my local airport and I can meet you there.

All of our puppies go home with age appropriate vaccinations and deworming already done. They also come with a microchip ready for your vet to register. Before they head home, each puppy has a health certificate signed by a licensed veterinarian, so you can feel totally confident about their health and start.

When your puppy is 8 weeks old, they’ll typically eat three times a day. If they’re hesitant to eat, they might just need a bit more time to settle into their new surroundings. You can try softening dry food with warm water or offering a mix of dry and canned food to make the transition a little easier.

Your puppy will go home with a health certificate signed by a licensed veterinarian, which includes vaccination and deworming records. You’ll also receive a microchip for your vet to insert and register. Plus a take-home bag with a bed, blanket, toys, treats, and a small bag of their current food to help with the transition. Everything will be neatly organized in a folder. You’ll also get a puppy contract and an email with the same details, including an option to enroll in pet insurance. That way, you’ll have all the information you need to schedule the next set of vaccines with your vet.
